 Coordinated the inception and launch of the Instituto Rossini Perez, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the legacy and collection of Brazilian artist Rossini Perez. The institute promotes research and curatorial practices centered on artists’ archives, with a particular focus on artistic networks and exchanges within and across the Global South. Through the implementation of its founding charter and an advisory board strategy, we outlined the initial operational framework and established key institutional partnerships to support its development. 

Coordinated the inception and launch of Escola do MAB. Through the implementation of an outreach strategy, we engaged a substantial audience in its first year of operation.

Advisory on the launch of an AI -based platform targeted for the management of collections and storytelling within the museum sector.
